BELGIAN WAFFLE RECIPE (Belgium waffle recipe)
4 tbsp. sugar
4 cups cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
Batter:
2 1/2 cups sifted cake flour
4 tsp. baking powder
3 cups. milk
8 egg whites
1/2 cup. sugar
pinch of salt
8 egg yolks
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup. melted butter
Get your waffle iron ready.
Mix the first three ingredients and put them in the refrigerator for about 30 min.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, 1/2 c. sugar, and salt onto a piece of waxed paper.
Mix your egg yolks as well as your milk, vanilla and melted butter. Put in your dry ingredients until they are blended.
find a clean bowland beat the egg whites until they are thick and a little moist and put them into the batter.
Place the batter in a waffle iron and bake
Put whatever topping on you desire!!
