It's important to try and avoid the lines if you really want to enjoy your tour. Make sure you get there early before the line forms and decide whether or not you want a guided tour. When there is a line it can seem a little bit cray and unorganized. Remember to be patient and you'll eventually get in. If you want to benefit from a guide but you really don't want to dish out the cash try hanging a round a tour group and you might get some useful information.
