Weather in Milan Italy

The weather in Milan Italy is generally a little cooler than the southern portions of the country. The summers do get quite hot especially in July and August. The best time to travel to Milan is in either the spring or the fall when the temperatures are a little more pleasant.

The winters can be cool and it’s not uncommon to encounter icy conditions. The winter is not the best time to travel to Milan because of the temperature and the likelihood of rain. However it can be cheaper to travel at this time of year. Some people use Milan as a hub to get the ski areas of Italy.

If the weather cooperates you should enjoy your European vacation to Milan. Check out the chart below for average temperatures and the climate in Milan.
